But what do we actually do in the sessions?

We start with understanding ‘how life works’ before we get into ‘what shall I do with my life?’ The former transforms the latter.

  • I help you get a shift in clarity and understanding about how you have created your experience
  • I help you understand how simply life works at a fundamental level 
  • I help you find it easier to gain clarity and make decisions 
  • I help you navigate and liberate your goals, values, beliefs and identity 
  • I help you understand how and why you think and feel the way you do 
  • I help you enjoy higher levels of well-being and productivity
In a nutshell  – I listen to you, enable you to see how you have created your experience from your conditioning, and then point you to the creative nature of thought, so it can be different.
What I won't do

Patronise you or make value judgements
Promise what I can’t deliver
Give you all the answers – I will, however, help you see how life works
Predict your future, cleanse your aura, or rearrange your furniture
